My goal when I started the Kirkland Village Neighborhood Association website in 2019 was to help create community, increase communication and improve the quality of life for the people in this neighborhood. They are my friends and neighbors.
The point of this organization is not to be “political” — that word is too loaded with divisiveness and emotion.
Our goal is to represent this neighborhood in dealing with issues controlled by or created by the City of Cambridge government and the City Council.
We hope to work with them to make life better for everyone.
I am confident we can do that. We have been successful in the past and expect to be successful confronting the new challenges being presented to us now.
